HISTORY:
Inside/Out Inc. was started in 1990 on a part time basis. In March of 1993, it became full time. Fifteen years of totally satisfied buyers. Click on the "Testimonials" button to hear what they have to say.
I have inspected well over 3000 residential, commercial, income and institutional buildings. Brand new, under construction, or 100 years old - I have the expertise to evaluate any age building in any condition.
Inside/Out is Tompkins County's #1 Inspection Company.
MISSION STATEMENT:
"The Buyer's Advocate"
My main focus is two-fold: To provide a great service...and to exceed your expectations. I concentrate on presenting you with a complete picture of the current conditions of the house you have your heart set on.
Before, during, and after the inspection I will take the necessary time and steps to answer all of your questions and concerns. After you move in I stay on call, free of charge, for the entire time you own your new home. If you plan on hiring contractors, call me first and I will help you find quality people, suggest proven materials and methods, and review contractors bids. If you want to change a few things to make it your place, I will provide guidance. I can also recommend reference materials for the self-education process. I won't do any work on your house, but I can help you find the right person and material for the project.
Your continued satisfaction is a huge priority of mine and I will go the extra mile for you and your family.
THE BOTTOM LINE:
Hiring Inside/Out to inspect your next home is the smartest "move" you can make in today's real estate market. Inside/Out is a "best buy" in the local economy and it's growth, reputation, and satisfied client base prove it. Your expectations are my motivation and your concerns are my agenda. I go the extra mile for you and your family and I stay on call after the inspection, free of charge, to consult with about future projects. I continually upgrade my services, equipment, and processes to be one of the most extensive and efficient resources in the region.
I wish you luck on finding
your next home, and when you do, together we will get to the bottom (and top)
of it!
